In terms of safety for a guy like me – I choose the Renault Kadjar.

The Dynamique hosts a Nav/Maps/GPS for easy travel and directions and also come with Renault’s Visio safety system, which features the lane-departure warning, traffic-sign recognition and automatic headlight beam adjustment and they’re easy to switch off temporarily if you feel they’re a little unnecessary depending on your location or your driving preference.
The Renault Kadjar also has an optional (at a cost) Safety Pack Premium which is available on the Signature Nav trim; blind-spot warning and autonomous emergency braking are included in this.
